Graduate Assistant Quantity Surveyor

This role will start in March 2025 and will initially be based in our head office in London. Next year, the role will move to site in Immingham, Lincolnshire.

Job Purpose and Scope:

Supporting our project the Graduate Quantity Surveyor will support the Project & Project Quantity Surveyor in managing the commercial aspects of their role. In particular:

• Maximising the commercial results of the project in terms of delivering optimum profit performance against internal budgets & to maximise cash.
• The Procurement of Sub-Contractors.
• Financial Control of Sub-Contractors.
• Preparing timely & accurate monthly financial reports to forecast net margin & activity.

Our graduate development programme will start September 2025 but this role could potentially start in March.

Essential & Desirable criteria:

• A 2:1 in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• A genuine interest in the construction industry

You will be enrolled onto our graduate programme which is a two year structured training scheme.
