QUALITY ENGINEER - CONSTRUCTION, MANUFACTURING & ENGINEERING FOCUS
Location: London (with UK travel)
Contract: Until 31/12/2025 (Rolling 12-month extensions)

We're looking for a Quality Engineer with a background in construction, manufacturing, or engineering to bring their technical expertise and improvement mindset to the Sizewell C Project Delivery Organisation (PDO).

This is your chance to work on a nationally significant initiative with long-term prospects, cutting-edge challenges, and the opportunity to shape quality delivery across a complex engineering programme.

Your Mission:

Working alongside the Quality Lead, you'll help embed robust Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) practices across manufacturing and construction activities. You'll be a key player in ensuring right first-time delivery by:

• Supporting daily QA/QC governance activities and managing project quality documentation
• Developing and executing process audit plans
• Driving continuous improvement and implementing new quality methodologies
• Participating in internal audits, reviews, and digital quality tool implementation
• Monitoring the deployment of quality standards across stakeholders and locations
• Facilitating quality training and awareness across delivery teams
• Collaborating with cross-disciplinary project members to resolve quality issues

What You Bring:

Essentials:

• HNC/HND or higher in a science or engineering discipline
• Proven experience in construction, manufacturing, or engineering environments
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality systems
• Strong grasp of quality tools, auditing techniques, and data tracking
• Ability to manage documentation and digital tools (SharePoint, Outlook, etc.)
• Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset
• UK travel flexibility
