Key Responsibilities - Statutory Accounts Preparation Oversee the preparation of statutory accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Month-End and Year-End Close Lead financial close processes, ensuring timely and precise reporting.
- Strategic Financial Guidance Provide clients with valuable financial insights to support decision-making.
- Process Optimisation Work with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and improve efficiency.
- Regulatory Compliance Stay up to date with regulatory changes and ensure full compliance with tax laws.
- Mentorship Support and mentor junior team members, fostering their professional development.
Qualifications & Skills - ACCA or ACA Qualified/Near Qualified Strong professional credentials.
- Experience Proven track record in an accounting firm.
- Accounting Knowledge Deep understanding of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
- Software Proficiency Competent in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with QuickBooks and/or Xero is a plus.
- Analytical Skills Strong analytical abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Communication Skills Excellent interpersonal and client relationship management skills.
- Adaptability Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
