Your new role

As an Audit & Accounts Senior, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality audits and supporting the wider audit team. You'll work closely with managers and partners, taking ownership of audit assignments and liaising directly with clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified ACA/ICAS accountant to step into a client-facing role with real responsibility and career progression.
Key responsibilities include:

• Planning, executing, and finalising audits under manager/partner supervision
• Leading audits on-site at client premises and managing junior team members
• Identifying risk areas and proposing solutions
• Building strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Monitoring budgets and ensuring efficient audit delivery
• Ensuring compliance with internal methodologies and external regulations

What you'll need to succeed

• ACA/ICAS qualified (or overseas equivalent)
• Experience supervising and coaching junior staff
• Strong technical knowledge including SORP charity audits
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills
• Working knowledge of compliance, regulation, and AML requirements
