Multi species catering butcher

We require an experienced multi species butcher for our very busy client based in the south of England

Mainly skilled with Beef, a requirement to work on Lamb pork and poultry from time to time, during busy seasonal periods

A skills test would be required prior to offer of the position

Adequate English skills to meet the needs of client speciality orders from working sheets

Knowledge of health and safety in the workplace, food hygeine certificate a plus but not a requirement

Working hours between 6.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday (additional hours may be required during increased production orders)

Transport may be required to travel, or assistance in finding accommodation to relocate

No sponsorship for this position, legal ability to work in the UK via share code or UK approved working visa

£16.50ph on passing the test employed

£20.00ph with proof of UTR self employed number from the HMRC

long term contract, leading to permanent for the suitable candidate
