Support Worker

Stanford-le-Hope, Essex £26,325 + sleep-in/overtime pay 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm / 7pm-7am), incl. weekends & sleep-ins Immediate Start Available

We're hiring experienced Support Workers for a 5-bed mixed gender children's home, supporting young people (8-18) with learning disabilities.

• Provide personal care, emotional support, and daily living assistance

• Promote independence and positive behaviour

• Work across day/night shifts including weekends and sleep-ins

• Support outings, education, and life skills development

• Age 22+ with residential care experience

• Full UK manual driving licence (2+ years, no points)

• Enhanced DBS, right to work in the UK

• Flexibility for full rota

• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare

• Understanding of autism & behavioural support

• £26,325 + overtime & sleep-in enhancements
