What you'll be doing:
- Managing an area of 6 - 8 bars in Central London, reporting to the Ops Director.
- Delivering the Simmons Brand Standards & Steps of Service.
- Driving succession through coaching and mentoring.
- Spending time supporting your teams, making sure they are the very best they can be and working together to deliver results to be proud of.
- Ensuring your teams maintain a safe, clean and risk free environment.
- Ensuring venues operate within the licensing objectives.
- Supporting General Managers in delivering their Balanced Scorecard KPI's.
What you should have:
- A love for hospitality (and Simmons Bars, obviously).
- A minimum of 3 years experience in multi-site management of similar venues.
- Ability to lead, motivate and support General Managers and their teams.
- Knows how to develop and lead a team to success.
- Effective decision making and detailed problem solving.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
- Focused on customer experience and upholding brand standards.
- An in-depth understanding cocktails, spirits and drinks.
- A passion for creating exceptional guest experience.
- A proven track record of delivering sales and driving profit.
- An in-depth understanding of P&L management including labour cost control, gross profit margins, budgeting, forecasting, and identifying opportunities to improve financial performance across multiple venues.
- Flexible with late nights, working weekends and a fast-paced environment.
