KS2 Teaching Assistant

Reeson Education is looking for a caring and dedicated Teaching Assistant to provide one-to-one support for a child with Autism in Key Stage 2 at a friendly and inclusive primary school in Ealing. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a child's education and development.

Pay: 86 - 100 per day

Your Role as a SEN Teaching Assistant:

• Provide tailored one-to-one support for a child with Autism
• Help the child stay engaged and confident in their learning
• Encourage positive social interactions and independence
• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCo to track progress
• Communicate effectively with parents and external professionals to support the child's development

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with children with Autism (preferred but not essential
• Team Teach training (a bonus, but not required)
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
• A team player who enjoys working with children
• A passion for supporting inclusion and learning
