Cutover Manager - Post Go Live Support - Oracle Fusion - Contract - Outside IR35 - Salesforce

My retail client based in Hertfordshire is looking for an experienced Cutover Manager to lead the planning and execution of country-specific cutover activities, ensuring a smooth transition into Post Go-Live Support (PGLS). The role will involve managing cutover efforts with local businesses, third-party vendors, and IT teams to ensure seamless execution and minimal disruption to operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all business and application cutover activities to ensure timely and quality execution.
• Coordinate with 3rd parties, ensuring country site and user readiness for cutover.
• Collaborate with System Integrators and global deployment teams to ensure adherence to the cutover and PGLS approach.
• Work with data, IT, and change management teams for cutover readiness, user training, and support.
• Ensure business continuity and regression plans are tested and in place.
• Act as the primary interface between Post Go-Live Support (PGLS), business, and technical support teams.
• Manage resource requirements and mitigate risks throughout the cutover process.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience delivering cutover and post go-live support within Oracle Fusion Cloud, Salesforce or similar systems.
• Ability to manage complex plans, interdependencies, budgets, and personnel.
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to communicate effectively in both business and technical contexts.
• Understanding of local business processes and applications.

This role is on an initial 6 months contract, paying 500 per day Outside IR35 and requires 2 days onsite in Hertfordshire.
