The role will involve working closely with nationally recognised Partners and will deal with a range of corporate work. You will be working with a highly regarded Corporate Team with a strong reputation for delivering excellent, bespoke advice to clients.

• Mergers & Acquisitions.
• Corporate Restructuring.
• Corporate Governance.
• Shareholder and Partnership Agreements
• Joint Ventures and Business start-ups.
• Private Equity.
• Corporate Finance.
• Commercial Contracts.

Role requirements:

• 7yrs+ PQE.
• Excellent client relationship building skills with both existing and new clients.
• Technical excellence.
• Leadership and mentoring.
• Enthusiastic involvement in business development.
• Commercial awareness.
• Outstanding drafting and negotiation skills.
• A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
