The Role:
As a Senior Design Engineer, you will lead complex design projects, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure excellence in design, innovation, and execution.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of innovative engineering solutions.
• Oversee projects from initial concept through to prototype and final production.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and ensure best practices.
• Perform detailed calculations and simulations to validate designs.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into tailored solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 4-6 years experience as a Senior Design Engineer in a relevant industry.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks or Inventor 2D / 3D AutoCAD).
• Strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and structural analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with clients and stakeholders.
