Finance Manager (Part-time, 3 Days Per Week) Location: Hybrid (Initially on-site, transitioning to fully remote)

Daily rate or Permanent Salary: 50,000 - 55,000 per annum

Join a dynamic LATCo, with a 9 million turnover. We're looking for a qualified Finance Manager to provide strategic financial assurance in a high-profile role. This position is available as an initial 3 months contract with temp to permanent options after.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a Procurement Specialist and a Finance Assistant
• Navigate VAT complexities with confidence
• Apply private sector accountancy rules effectively
• Build strong relationships across the organisation

Working Arrangements

• Initially, more on-site presence required
• Transitioning to 1-2 days per week on-site, then once a month
• Fully remote setup after the initial period

• Fully qualified finance professional with the expertise to assure integrity
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Oversee all financial operations, ensuring accurate accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Provide strategic financial insights to drive business growth and enhance financial performance.
• Leverage extensive experience in Shared Services, LATCO, or other Local Authority environments to optimise financial processes.
