Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Deputy Clinical Manager to join our nursing home team in New Malden. The successful candidate will support the Registered Home Manager in ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Registered Home Manager in the overall management of the nursing home, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
- Lead and manage the nursing team, providing guidance, support, and supervision.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of residents.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain high standards of care.
- Manage clinical budgets and resources efficiently.
- Ensure effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Participate in recruitment, training, and development of nursing staff.
- Handle complaints and incidents, ensuring timely resolution and learning from outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with regulatory requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Registered Nurse with valid NMC Pin.
- Proven experience in a clinical management role within a nursing home setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of care.
