We arecurrently expanding our theatre department and have excitingopportunities for General Scrub Lead Nurse/ODP to join and be partof our exciting journey of growth. Oaks Hospital has recentlyexpanded and there are plans to develop servicesfurther.

Oaks Hospital is partof Ramsay Health Care UK, one of the leading providers of NHS andprivate patient services in England. Oaks Hospital is a 58 bedfacility including 18 ambulatory bays, 4 laminar flow Theatres andan EndoscopyTheatre.

Therole

You will be reporting to theTheatre Manager and responsible for leading and manage the GeneralScrub team.

What youwill bring with you as an Scrub/ODPLead:

  • Current NMC/HCPCregistration
  • Proven ability to work effectivelyin a team environment as well asindependently
  • A warm, considerate andempathetic character
  • Surgical First AssistQualification (SFA) - Desirable but notessential
  • General Scrub experience at a seniorlevel
  • Being Multiskilled is desirable but notessential
  • Laser certificated or experience isdesirable but notessential
