Do you have any background in the Mortgage Sector or have CeMap Qualification?

Can you speak or type Chinese?

If so, the chances are this is the role for you.

Our client is an established Mortgage Brokerage who works within the Chinese Mortgage Market and due to rapid growth are on the look out for a Chinese speaking individual that has had some exposure to Mortgages or that is CeMap Qualified.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent

Pay: 23,000.00- 28,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

• Yearly bonus

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

You must be able to read and write Chinese in order to be considered.

The Position

To provide full, pro-active support for the mortgage adviser team:

• To assist with all stages of the mortgage application process.
• Efficient and pro-active management of pipeline business and existing business.
• Effective communication with clients, lenders, and third parties.
• Being committed to achieving targets and adviser targets.
• Providing a professional and courteous service at all times.

About You

Technical Understanding:

• Must be able to speak mandarin and preferably also Cantonese.
• Awareness of Mortgage process
• Awareness of Money Laundering procedures
• Proficient Office software

Communication & Team Working:

• Liaise with lenders and stakeholders to ensure mortgage process is moving forward in timely fashion
• Liaise with advisers and keep them up to date with their cases where required
