We currently have a great opportunity for Mobile AC Engineers to join one of the UK's most established maintenance providers. The role is covering planned and reactive maintenance building services on a large commercial office space.

Knowledge should cover a wide range of Air Conditioning / HVAC systems with at least 3+ years experience in the service and maintenance sector. F-Gas Cat 1 (Required).

Duties

• To deliver planned, preventative and reactive maintenance in line with the contract service delivery plan for Commercial HVAC equipment
• Carry out A/C works including minor projects & refurbishment
• Fault Find, investigate, troubleshoot and rectify defects in all A/C units & systems and any associated plant / components
• Single / Multi splits, VAVs, VRVs, VRFs, Close Control, DX Units, CRAC units
• Replacing compressors, condensers, regassing, brazing, soldering etc
• Dealing with subcontractors where necessary
• Ensure all statutory documentation is completed and kept up to date at all times
• Conduct general building services PPM's and reactives

Requirements

• F gas required
• 3+ years' experience carrying out service and repair of various types of AC units, within commercial sites.
• Full Driving Licence
• Based within commutable distance of Central London

Salary and Benefits

• £45,000 - £46,000 per annum
