Responsibilities:

• Cable Assembly: Assemble cable assemblies and harnesses, ensuring they meet the required specifications and quality standards.
• Wire Preparation: Cut, strip, and crimp wires to the correct lengths and prepare them for assembly.
• Soldering and Crimping: Use manual tools, machines, and hand tools to solder, crimp, and connect cables, connectors, and terminals.
• Testing: Perform functional testing and inspection of finished assemblies to ensure they meet specifications and pass quality assurance checks.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and specifications to ensure accurate assembly.
• Quality Control: Inspect all work for compliance with quality standards and report any defects or deviations.
• Maintenance: Keep workstations clean and ensure all equipment is maintained and in good working order.
• Safety: Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Candidate must have past experience in cable assembly.
