Are you an experienced architect seeking an exciting leadership role within a dynamic and collaborative practice? My clients are a well-established multidisciplinary firm based in the picturesque market town of Dorking, who are currently looking for a Senior Architect to join a talented team.

As a Senior Architect, you will play a pivotal role in leading projects from inception to completion, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior team members.

The successful candidate will also demonstrate a proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, and have extensive experience within the Residential sector, working on projects ranging from 2m to 10m.

Key Responsibilities for this Senior Architect role:

• Lead the design and delivery of high-profile architectural projects across various sectors.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to develop and maintain excellent working relationships.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and technicians, fostering a supportive and innovative work environment.

Expertise needed for this Senior Architect role:

• ARB-registered architect with a minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing projects across all RIBA work stages. Experience with residential, commercial, or heritage projects is particularly advantageous.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning policies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. A creative thinker with a passion for innovative, sustainable design.
