Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a stunning Gastro Pub with rooms who are looking for a keen and ambitious chef to lead and mentor their kitchen team in Dorking, Surrey to achieving 3 rosettes.

Looking for an opportunity to join a Gastro Pub with its innovation and exciting new management working at a minimum 3 AA rosette level. Using the area around the property to pride fresh and local dishes following seasonality.

Package

• 35000 base salary
• Bonuses up to 10% of salary
• Approximately 20000 service charge

The successful candidate will be joining a business with an amazing property and fresh produce. They will have an amazing attention to detail ensuring they are producing the best they can, to receive the best feedback possible from their own team and customers.

• Estimated daily covers 40 for lunch and 40 for dinner (300 Sunday, 150 Saturday, 90-100 Friday all day)
• They are building a new team (7 chefs and 2 KP's)
• Shift patterns mixed
