Part Time Accounts Assistant

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Part Time Accounts Assistant to join a small and friendly team in a growing business based in Weybridge.

Part Time Accounts Assistant - About The Role

• Input journals, supplier invoices and sales invoices into Sage
• Full responsibility for the processing and management of creditors and debtors age analysis
• Preparation of payments to suppliers and loading into the bank and Sage on a weekly basis
• Creation of sales invoices
• Bank reconciliations
• Other ad hoc duties as required

The successful Part Time Accounts Assistant will have:

• Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work under pressure
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel
• High level of numeracy and financial acumen
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to handle pressure without compromising on accuracy or quality
• Self-starter with the ability to manage own workload
• Flexible and adaptable with the ability to work as part of a team as well as individually
