Our client, a prestigious luxury brand, is seeking a Sales Advisor to join their vibrant team in the heart of the West End.

Role OverviewAs a Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering an unparalleled and personalised customer experience. Your ability to reflect the brand's heritage and values will be essential as you support daily store operations and maintain the highest standards of service and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide a personalised client experience that embodies the brand's service ethos.
• Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our products to confidently advise clients on style, fit, and craftsmanship.
• Sales Excellence: Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective client engagement and conversion strategies.
• Build Relationships: Cultivate lasting relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to align with brand guidelines.
• Stock Management: Support stock management, including replenishment, stock counts, and transfers.
• Client Orders: Assist with online and remote client orders as needed.
• Policy Adherence: Uphold all company policies and procedures related to loss prevention, health and safety, and customer service.

Skills & Experience

• Previous retail or client-facing experience, ideally within luxury or heritage brands.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that foster positive client interactions.
• A genuine passion for menswear, craftsmanship, and styling.
• Proactive and reliable, with the ability to work independently or as part of a close-knit team.
• Professional presentation and meticulous attention to detail.
