Proven experience in a senior leadership role within Facilities Management, Hospitality, or Guest Services.
Strong P&L management experience, with a track record of business growth and commercial success.

A strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

Based in London, you will drive operational excellence, spearhead growth strategies, and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- P&L Ownership Full accountability for the financial performance of the business unit, ensuring profitability and cost control.
- Business Growth Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth, expand service offerings, and enhance client relationships.
- People Leadership Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team, fostering a customer-centric culture that delivers outstanding guest experiences.
- Operational Excellence Oversee the seamless delivery of premium guest services, ensuring high standards and adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
- Client & Stakeholder Management Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for business expansion.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement Identify and implement new processes, technologies, and service enhancements to stay ahead of industry trends.
Proven experience in a senior leadership role within Facilities Management, Hospitality, or Guest Services.
