Associate Quantity Surveyor

A forward-thinking Property & Construction Consultancy is on the hunt for a driven Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their growing London team. With a buzzing office of 80+ staff, a high-performing graduate pool, and top-tier projects across Residential and Hotel sectors ( 40m- 150m), this is a prime opportunity to step into a key leadership role.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role

You'll take the lead on major schemes in both a Quantity Surveying and Employer's Agent capacity, guiding junior talent while being supported by experienced Directors. With a clear gap at this level, they're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and own this space.

Projects are exciting, the team is ambitious, and hybrid working is fully flexible around you, your clients, and your projects.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

• Previous Quantity Surveying Experience within UK Consultancies
• A successful track record delivering projects from inception to completion
• A RICS Accredited Degree Qualification
• Excellent pre and post contract experience
• MRICS ideally or working towards
