Operations Manager / Nominated Individual - 16 + Supported Living Services (London)

Salary: Up to 75,000 per annum
Location: London (Travel required across multiple sites)

Search and Selection UK is excited to partner with our client in the recruitment of a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager / Nominated Individual for Supported Living Services for Young People across London. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a key leadership role, overseeing multiple sites, ensuring compliance with Ofsted,.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operational management of multiple supported living sites across London.
  • Act as the Nominated Individual for the service, ensuring adherence to Ofsted regulations.
  • Provide leadership, support, and mentorship to site managers, ensuring high standards of care and operational effectiveness.
  • Effectively manage budgets across the services, ensuring financial goals are met while maintaining quality.
  • Ensure the services deliver high-quality, person-centred care that meets the needs of individuals.
  • Travel regularly between sites to support and lead operational teams.
  • Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

  • Significant experience managing multiple supported living sites for young people (16 - 25 years olds), particularly in a semi-supported living environment.
  • Knowledge of and experience in compliance with Ofsted
  • Strong financial management skills, including budget planning and cost control.
  • Proven leadership and staff management experience, with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
  • Relevant qualifications in Health & Social Care (e.g., Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care).
  • Nominated Individual status or the ability to quickly achieve it.

Desirable Skills:

  • Strong understanding of safeguarding, care planning, and risk management.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
