About the Role:

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, your role will involve:

• Supporting students with SEN, including SEMH, to overcome challenges and achieve their potential.
• Collaborating with teachers to implement personalised learning plans.
• Encouraging positive behaviour and fostering a nurturing learning environment.
• Assisting students with daily classroom activities and providing tailored support.

Requirements:

• Experience in an SEN or SEMH setting is desirable but not essential.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A proactive, compassionate, and flexible approach to working with students.
