Job Role: Account Executive

Salary: £30k - £36k + Performance Related Bonus

Location: Hybrid WFH with occasional travel to the office (Central Milton Keynes)

Our client is a Brand and Marketing specialist, who are looking to grow their team and have exciting opportunities for four Account Executives to be part of their journey. The successful Account Executives will be responsible for delivering best-in-class content and campaigns across our specialist industries.

Job Description and Overview:

Our Account Executives are passionate about their work, and help to deliver standout creative solutions for our clients. You re the key players within the team, who will manage the day-to-day activities and work closely with the Creative and Strategic Directors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and on brief. Occasional travel and event attendance will be required.

Key Responsibilities of the Account Executive:

• Acting as the first point of contact and managing a portfolio of key client relationships.
• Brief, execute and deliver editorial content across owned channels in collaboration with the Senior Management Team.
• Lead conversations with Clients, Production and Directors to generate ideas.
• Occasionally attend client meetings and shoots and events.
• Track and manage project budgets and financials.
• Understand and interpret briefs, challenge requests when necessary, and ensure the best solutions are delivered.

The ideal Account Executive:

• An experienced Junior Account Executive looking for the next step or an established Account Executive seeking more responsibilities and a larger portfolio.
• Strong background in a creative or digital agency.
• Proven ability to develop relationships and manage clients.
• Exposure to Project Management, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Commercial aptitude.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise to meet client needs.
• Comfortable interpreting complex briefs and challenging feedback.
• Experience in product and/or post-production processes
• Understanding of other disciplines such as media, products and platforms.
• A thirst for learning
