Company Overview:
Our client is a well-established mechanical specialist subcontractor, providing high-quality mechanical building services to a range of commercial, healthcare, and office fit-out projects. They are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This role will involve overseeing multiple projects located in and around the M25, with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage mechanical installation projects from inception to completion, ensuring all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Coordinate the mechanical team, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and design teams to ensure all project specifications are met.
• Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure financial control.
• Oversee the procurement of materials and resources for each project.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to junior staff members.
• Ensure that all projects are completed to the satisfaction of clients, ensuring excellent customer service throughout.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager, with a background in building services (ideally within commercial, healthcare, and office fit-out sectors).
• Experience managing both traditional and design-and-build projects.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, design, and installation processes.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
