Deputy Manager

My Fantastic client in East London, are looking for a fabulous Deputy Manager, too join there small but lively Team. On a Permanent contract, this is a amazing opportunity to dive into a Deputy Manager role in a small, supportive Care Home.

This Care Home has over just over 5 residents beds, offering a home from home experience for a supported living feel. This is a Residential setting only, for Learning Disability residents.

Position will be as followed:

• Deputy Manager
• NVQ 3 Minimum
• Full time 40 hours
• 34k - 37k

Your Duties within a Deputy Manager role will consist of providing leadership, maintaining top level, overall care of residents, day to day running of the home, risk assessments, medication management and much more.
