Grounds Maintenance Operative

We're looking for a skilled Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team in North West London. As a key member of our grounds care team, you'll be responsible for maintaining the beauty and safety of our client's properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a range of gardening and grounds maintenance machinery, including strimmers, mowers, and hedge cutters
Maintain and use company vehicles, plant, and equipment
Ensure communal areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained
Conduct daily checks to identify and report any maintenance or repair needs

Requirements:

Full UK manual driving license
Safety boots and knowledge of health and safety procedures
DBS Check (in place prior to start)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
