A large international organisation is seeking a Concierge to provide excellent customer service and be first of contact for customers. The Concierge will ideally have worked as a concierge but will need to have a strong customer service background. In addition, the Concierge will have excellent teamwork, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver all concierge services required for the properties within your allocated section, this could include supporting vulnerable adults
- Own customer communication within the buildings, keeping customers informed on any issues as required
- Being the face of the team, and the first point of contact for customers
- Build trust with the customers, capturing important feedback
- Work with suppliers to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard
- Do Building Inspections, ensuring safety and security at all times
- Proactively manage the gardens, and work with the Garden Landscape team
- Work with the wider Operations and Company teams contributing to sustainability and people positive goals
Knowledge, skills and qualifications:
Essential:
- Have strong customer service experience and ideally worked in a concierge type role
- Managed customer expectations and with excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
- Have basic understanding of maintenance tasks
- Work as part of a team to deliver customer requirements
- Be able to pass an Enhanced DBS check
Salary: £35,000
