Logistics Coordinator

I am super excited to be working again with an international cosmetics company originating in the US with a growing UK supply chain team who are looking for a Logistics Coordinator with a hunger to learn and a willingness to get hands-on!

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily outbound operations from the UK 3PL, with a key focus on managing B2B logistics to ensure timely and accurate dispatch and delivery of customer orders.

In this role,

You will

• Manage B2B order fulfilment by coordinating outbound priorities with the UK 3PL and ensuring timely, accurate deliveries
• Act as the main point of contact for the Sales Team on order-related issues, providing updates and resolving queries
• Coordinate international logistics, including export documentation, proof of export, and customer returns
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as Inventory, Finance, Procurement, and Planning to ensure smooth operations and data accuracy in ERP (NetSuite)
• Support operational improvements, including outbound forecasting, SKU master data management, and ad-hoc logistics support

About you:

• 2+ years experience in logistics/operations with FMCG experience essential (ideally beauty/cosmetics as a bonus)
• Proven track record working with 3PLs and handling both national and international (especially European) logistics
• Proficient with Excel and ERP systems (NetSuite a plus)
• Detail-oriented, self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a get-it-done mindset
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in fast-paced, growing environments
