Looking for a varied role, where you will have the chance to work across multiple prestige commercial buildings in London?
We are currently recruiting a Maintenance Engineer to work with a privately owned building services provider across a number of high end commercial properties situated within the City of London.
The position will be part of a maintenance team delivering a best in class maintenance service through PPM and reactive duties on 5/6 properties within walking distance of each other in London.

Duties:
- PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
- Emergency Lighting
- Fire Alarms
- Plumbing, Taps, Valves, Water Treatment, Tap Temperatures, Toilets, Pipes, Leaks
- Legionella awareness
- AHUs / FCUs
- Plant room checks
- General maintenance duties
Qualifications:
- Whilst no qualifications are needed for this role the candidate will need to have prior building services maintenance experience
Benefits:
- £34,000 - £38,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday 8-5
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
