We are privileged to be working within a highly respected Investment Management organisation who proud themselves in focussing on client/customer relationships with the ethos being to help individuals with investment and financial planning and provide technology to make things simple and clear.

Based in the heart of the City they are now seeking a new SIPP Service Team Manager who will specifically focus on the operational running of their SIPP contact and administration processes carried out internally and their outsourced SIPP administration partner.

Working to build positive and lasting relationships between their departments, clients and the outsourced administration partner, you will also be responsible for providing leadership to achieve all business objectives, aims and targets and ensure the strategy, vision and culture is aligned to the business's goals. This will include but not be limited to:

  • Managing the SIPP Service Team of up to 10 direct reports, staff reviews and training requirements and ensuring your team are engaged in projects with regular updates and team meetings.
  • Attending regular meetings with third party administrator to ensure service levels are being adhered to.
  • Reviewing and producing MI on complaints and errors to establish any trends and reduce future occurrences.
  • Ensuring calls and written correspondence are answered in a timely manner and measured against agreed service levels, as well as regularly reviewing client contact (phone and written).
  • Oversee and ensure all client account opening and client maintenance are completed and with internal and HMRC guidelines
  • Manage and ensure AML checks for new and existing clients - including KYC and bank account checks are carried out
  • Liaise closely with other departments to ensure an efficient opening and transfer process

With proven team leadership experience and ready to take your career to the next step, it is essential that you possess knowledge of the UK Platform market, that includes SIPP administration, as well as a strong knowledge of client account records, including AML client ID guidelines.

Additionally, you will be someone who takes pride in accuracy and attention to detail, has the ability to see things through to their logical conclusion and a willingness to identify and suggest improvements in processes / service levels.
