Position: Part Time PA to Property Developer
Location: Thames Ditton (with parking)
Schedule: 3 days a week, 20 to 30 hours, Hybrid
Salary: 40,000 full-time equivalent, plus 25 days holiday (pro-rata) and flexible working options.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calendar Management: Oversee the daily calendar of the Property Developer, efficiently scheduling meetings and appointments.
• Communication Hub: Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, ensuring smooth communication flow.
• Project Support: Assist with property development projects by tracking timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Organise meetings and site visits with architects, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
• Filing System: Maintain an efficient digital filing system for easy access to critical documents.
• Regulatory Awareness: Stay informed about local regulations and zoning laws that impact projects.
• Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry professionals.
• Legal Drafting: Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Financial Management: Manage and maintain financial records, including invoices and receipts, and coordinate payments to contractors and vendors.
• Cash Flow Monitoring: Assist with monitoring cash flow and preparing tax filings as needed.

Who You Are:

• You are highly organised and thrive in fast-paced environments.
• You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• You have experience in project management and property management.
• You are knowledgeable about local regulations relevant to property development.
• You have a knack for building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
