Location: Hackney
Salary: £85 to £110 per day

Are you an experienced Behaviour Mentor looking to support students with SEN, SEMH, and additional needs? GSL Education is seeking a compassionate and proactive individual to join a diverse and welcoming school in Hackney.

• Provide one-on-one and group support for students with behavioural challenges.

• Assist in developing behaviour management strategies tailored to student needs.

• Promote self-regulation techniques and encourage positive decision-making.

• Support students with ASD, ADHD, and SEMH needs in a structured environment.

• Work closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral teams to foster progress.

• Prior experience supporting students with behavioural challenges.

• A patient, calm, and understanding approach to managing behaviour.

• Ability to build positive relationships with students.

• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
