Paraplanner Manager - London (Hybrid) - Salary up to £75k + benefits

We are working with a thriving business that is seeking a Paraplanner Manager to take the lead in managing high-performing technical teams while driving operational excellence and shaping the future of client service delivery.

In this role, you will inspire and guide paraplanning teams, ensuring outstanding service and robust technical support across the business. You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement in processes and workflows, collaborating closely with senior leaders to implement strategic initiatives and enhance efficiency. Managing performance, training and development across multiple teams will be central to your role, as will ensuring full compliance with FCA regulations and internal standards. Acting as a key liaison between client services and commercial teams, you will bring both technical expertise and strong leadership to this highly visible position.

To be successful, you will have proven leadership experience within financial services, a strong understanding of financial planning strategies and compliance, and hold the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent). Proficiency in financial planning software, such as Intelliflo, together with excellent communication, coaching and change management skills, will also be essential. As this is a multi-office role, you will need the flexibility to travel when required.
