Due to expansion, they require a new teacher from April 2025.

Permanent or Long-Term role - MPS plus SEN Points - 165 to 255 per day

The School - SEN Teacher

Located in Watford, this large SEN School has been successfully helping students with severe and complex learning difficulties to build a lifelong passion for learning since its opening 30 years ago. The school has increased in size and due to further expansion is looking to appoint another 2 teachers at any stage of their career who have a passion for supporting SEN children.

Role requirements for the SEN Teachers

• Qualified Teacher Status from either a Primary or Secondary background with SEN experience.
• Challenging behaviour is commonplace and a calm, understanding teacher who can assert themselves will be required.
• There is plenty of support including several LSA's in each class plus an excellent leadership team who offer ongoing CPD.
• A great understanding and high level of experience of working with SEN pupils is necessary!
