Your new role
You will be joining asmall HR team of 7, acting as a standalone TA partner and reporting directlyinto the HRD. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to layfoundations and grow within a company in a great in-house TA role.
You will be visible and regularly collaborating with senior stakeholders Hiring across front and back office, including corporate functions End-to-end recruitment, including candidate management and coordination up until the point of onboarding Main element of recruitment within compliance, operations, tech and risk Opportunity to get involved with wider projects Management of agency partnerships 40% of hires will be junior/early in career What you'll need to succeed
Previous agency and in house experience within a small-medium sized financial services firm Good tenure across previous roles Strong stakeholder management and ability to build credibility and rapport, particularly with C-suite A good work ethic and attitude to fill roles through direct sourcing What you'll get in return
