The ideal candidate will have a good level of experience in the construction industry. The ability to demonstrate strong leadership and a track record of delivering contracts on time and to budget is essential, as are strong interpersonal and management skills. Technical knowledge and experience in the fire door or construction industry is preferred for this role and will be an advantage during the placement process. Responsibilities include:

Agreeing project objectives
Representing the client's interests
Providing technical advice for project
Reporting to the Directors and key management staff from all departments including sales, estimating, co-ordinators, purchasing, production, warehouse, accounts and on site installation
Ensuring contracts run smoothly from start to finish
Making sure that all the aims of the project are met
Making sure the quality standards are met
Using IT or other systems to keep track of people and progress
Creating technical door schedules and quotations from drawings and client documentation provided
Overseeing the accounting, costing and billing with the inclusion of payment applications
Evaluating the success of the project against its benchmarking and sharing lessons or best practice with staff

Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm
