Carpentry Supervisor

We are seeking a Freelance Carpentry Supervisor/Manager with BM Trada certification to oversee and manage a team of 6-8 carpenters on a high-end residential project in Clapham.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the carpentry team to ensure high-quality work and adherence to timelines.
• Ensure compliance with BM Trada standards, particularly for fire door installation and inspection.
• Conduct quality checks, resolve site issues, and coordinate with other trades.
• Maintain health and safety standards on-site.

Requirements:

• BM Trada certification (essential).
• Proven experience supervising carpentry teams on residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of fire door compliance and regulatory standards.
• CSCS card (Supervisor level or higher).
