Job Title: Production Operative - Nights
Location: Letchworth Garden City
Type: Temp to Perm
Hourly Rate: £11.50ph (20% uplift for first 39.5hrs & 1.33x for remaining 18hrs)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 18:00pm - 06:00am

Our well known client based in Letchworth GC are looking for Production Operative's to join their team on the Night Shift. This is a Temp to Perm position, and a great opportunity for hard working candidates who are available immediately and looking to join a growing company.

Duties as a Production Operative:
- Assisting the Metalworkers & CNC Operatives
- Prepping materials before fabrication
- Loading & unloading deliveries, readied to be prepped and dispatched
- Communicating with the other Operatives & Management team to ensure all jobs are correctly processed and production is in line
- Heavy lifting of loads

What's needed as a Production Operative:
- Previous experience working on a night shift basis
- Previous experience working with materials such as wood & metal (desirable)
- Previous experience working within a production environment, with a good understanding of hand and power tools
- Must physically fit and able to lift heavy loads
- Must be over 23 years of age
