Transport Coordinator

Our client, a freight forwarder is looking for a Transport Coordinator to join their office in Barking.

This is a crucial role in our organization, as you will play a key part in ensuring smooth logistics and customer satisfaction. If you have excellent organizational and communication skills, along with a strong attention to detail, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:

• Processing intermodal bookings, ensuring systems match.
• Liaising with operations team.
• Maintain a high level of customer service.
• Respond/resolve customer queries.
• Invoicing
• Maintain an excellent relationship with customer.

Requirements:
Ideally, a minimum of 1 years experience, strong communication skills, computer skills, punctual and reliable.
