Our Client a growing Property company based in Bexley is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead and support their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of sales negotiators, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase property sales and business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering expert advice.
- Lead negotiations with buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible terms for clients.
- Monitor and track sales performance to ensure targets are met.
- Stay informed on local market trends.
- Oversee the preparation and marketing of property listings.
- Ensure all clients have a positive experience throughout their sales journey. Resolve any customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Identify opportunities for business development, including building relationships with new clients.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in sales management or a similar leadership role, within the property sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.
- Knowledge of property sales processes and local market trends.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong organisational skills.
- A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
- IT literate, with experience using property management software or CRM systems.
- Knowledge of property marketing tools and platforms.
- Experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
