About the role:SANZA Teaching Agency are working with an inspiring and creative primary school in St John's Wood who are seeking an energetic and imaginative KS2 Learning Support Assistant to join their Key Stage 2 team.

The successful candidate will work with pupils in Years 3-6, supporting learning, promoting positive behaviour and helping pupils develop confidence and curiosity.

The role:

• Support children in KS2 both in and out of the classroom

• Work with class teachers to deliver engaging, hands-on learning experiences

• Provide small-group or one-to-one support where needed

• Help pupils develop confidence, resilience and independent learning skills

• Support positive behaviour strategies and inclusion

• Opportunity for paid Breakfast Club or After School Club work

• Full-time, term-time only, with the potential for permanent employment

The ideal candidate:

• Experience working in KS2 or strong desire to support children in upper primary

• A creative individual who enjoys art, drama, music or design-based learning

• Positive, patient and proactive, with excellent communication skills

• Confident supporting children with a range of needs, including mild SEND

• Reliable, team-oriented and eager to contribute to whole-school life

• Available to start immediately and commit to the full academic year
