Canterbury

Monday to Friday 9am 5:30pm with occasional Saturdays

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established property company. This role would best suit somebody with lettings experience - student lettings experience would be a significant advantage.

Some duties include:

• Providing an exceptional student experience, ensuring their safety and welfare.
• Visiting sites to assess repairs and maintenance and ensuring work has been completed satisfactorily.
• Arranging maintenance orders with approved contractors.
• Manage the check in, check out and room turnaround process.
• Building and managing relationships with tenants, contractors, and landlords
• Managing escalated customer related issues and provide key emergency support.
• Report writing.
• Handling complaints in a professional manner.

To be considered for this role, you will have/be:

• Experience within the property industry (essential).
• Student lettings experience is highly desirable.
• An excellent attention to detail.
• An ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• A full driving license is required due to the nature of the role.
