We are seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Electrician to join a well-established facilities team, working on a high-profile client site in Tottenham Court Road, London. • Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical systems.
• Fault finding and repairs on electrical and low-voltage (LV) systems.
• Ensuring all work complies with 18th Edition regulations and safety standards.
• Supporting general building maintenance tasks as required.

• Level 3 qualification in Electrical or Building Maintenance.
• 18th Edition certification (essential).
• Proven LV experience in a maintenance environment.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
