Senior / Associate Building Surveyor

We're working with one of the South East's leading independent property consultancies, a long-established firm with an excellent reputation for quality and professional integrity. As part of their continued growth, they're looking to appoint an experienced Building Surveyor at Senior or Associate level to join their Kent office.

The Role
This is a varied position covering both professional and project work across commercial, residential, and education sectors. You'll lead client relationships, deliver technical advice, manage project teams, and play a key role in developing business within the region. Typical work includes:

• Project management from inception to completion
• Contract administration and project delivery
• Dilapidations, technical due diligence, and defect analysis
• Party wall and general professional instructions

You'll be joining a collaborative, well-respected team with a strong client base and an impressive pipeline of work. The firm offers genuine autonomy, flexible working, and clear scope for progression.

About You

• MRICS qualified (or equivalent experience)
• Strong technical knowledge and confidence handling both project and professional instructions
• Proven ability to manage clients and mentor junior surveyors
• Commercially minded, with an interest in helping to grow the business
