Full-time nanny in Radlett

A warm, vibrant and flexible full-time nanny is sought to join a wonderfully blended family split between Radlett and Pinner. This is a dynamic and exciting role with a household led by a high-profile journalist, campaigner and radio presenter, who juggles political interviews, red carpet events, and family life with genuine kindness and humour.You'll be working for both families, providing consistent care across two homes. The setup includes three fantastic girls aged 12, 8 and a baby (9 months old), with the older girls alternating households weekly.About the Role:This is a hands-on, full-time position for someone ready to roll up their sleeves, adapt, and become an integral part of a loving and down-to-earth family. Your time will be split between two locations - primarily caring for the baby (G9M) during the day in Radlett, and supporting after-school routines for G8 and G12 either in Radlett or Pinner, depending on the week.The girls start at a new school in Bushey in September, so you'll play a key part in helping them settle into a new routine and environment. The family would love someone confident, emotionally aware, and proactive - someone who takes initiative, keeps on top of child-related logistics, and brings structure, fun and warmth into the home.Your Responsibilities:

• Sole charge of the baby during the day (feeding, napping, play, outings, etc.)
• After school support for G12 and G8: homework help, supper, bath and bedtime prep
• Keeping on top of all child-related admin (school WhatsApps, diary reminders, etc.)
• Cooking healthy, fresh meals for the children; managing grocery orders (Ocado etc.)
• Overseeing children's laundry and belongings (school bags, uniforms, sports kit)
• Supporting both homes equally and liaising with the mum's Lifestyle Manager when needed

Ideal Candidate:

• Fun, flexible and unflappable - happy in a busy, changeable environment
• Emotionally intelligent, gentle and nurturing, yet organised and reliable
• Experience with both babies and school-aged children
• A driver with a clean licence (automatic car provided)
• Fluent English essential
• Lives locally or willing to relocate (Bushey or nearby ideal)
