On behalf of PwC, we are looking for a Business Readiness Lead for a contract until December 2025 with a high possibility of extension based in London. Remote options also considered.

Join us as a Business Readiness Lead

We are seeking an experienced Business Readiness / Change Manager to support the migration programme. The role will focus on stakeholder management, operational readiness, and ensuring the smooth adoption of new processes and systems. This is a key role within the project team, liaising closely with different teams to deliver a successful transition.

What you'll do:

  • Prepare and maintain the Target Operating Model (TOM), change impact assessments, and micro-business models.
  • Lead stakeholder management activities to ensure alignment and engagement across business and project teams.
  • Support people readiness, capacity planning, and implementation of change initiatives.
  • Coordinate and monitor project progress, ensuring project management best practices are followed.
  • Identify risks and issues during the migration and propose mitigation strategies.

The skills you'll need:

  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and managing complex projects.
  • Strong experience with migration projects in banking or financial services.
  • Knowledge of Target Operating Model (TOM) design and micro-business operations.
  • Ability to perform change impact assessments and implement people readiness strategies.
