Salary: £32,550 - £38,000

We're currently looking for a reliable Carpenter to join a busy property maintenance team delivering repair work across both occupied and empty residential properties. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

The Role:

• Carry out a wide range of carpentry repairs in domestic homes and void properties
• Accurately assess and complete repairs to a high standard
• Support with other basic multi-trade tasks as needed (e.g. minor plumbing, tiling, or decorating)
• Maintain van stock and collect additional materials as required
• Use handheld devices to receive and close out job information
• Work independently and as part of a responsive repairs team

What You'll Need:

• NVQ Level 2 or higher in Carpentry or a similar trade
• Full UK driving licence
• Proven experience in domestic carpentry, ideally in social housing or similar
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on first-time fix
• Professional, customer-focused approach
• Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure
